Rebekka Hartmann is a laureate of numerous national and international competitions. She gained important experience with conductors such as Christoph Eschenbach, Miguel Gómez Martínez, Esa-Pekka Salonen and Jukka-Pekka Saraste, and for many years with Enoch zu Guttenberg. Since fall 2009 she works musically with Christoph Schlürenzogether. In 2011 her second current CD “Birth Of The Violin” followed. Rebekka Hartmann plays on an Antonio Stradivari from 1675.Rebekka Hartmann: “It is a great honor for me to receive this award for the recording of this extraordinary repertoire.
