A highly esteemed soloist and chamber musician, she has performed with many celebrated orchestras, including the Symphony Orchestra of Bavarian Radio, the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra, the Staatskapelle of Dresden, the Gewandhaus Orchestra of Leipzig, the Mozarteum Orchestra of Salzburg, the Mahler Chamber Orchestra and the New York Philharmonic, under conductors like Claudio Abbado, Riccardo Chailly, James Levine, Fabio Luisi, and Lorin Maazel, to name only a few.<\/p>\n<p>For their latest album this time she worked with the renowned Gewandhaus Quartett, even the oldest continuously existing quartet formation. In its 200 years of history, many world premieres were held, among other works of composer Robert Schumann and Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy, who also was the Gewandhaus conductor.
